As part of the enrolment process you will be required to complete an enrolment form. Download our enrolment form (PDF, 336KB) here. You will then need to contact us to make an appointment for an enrolment interview with the Principal. Please bring along your completed enrolment form. All new enrolments receive a free shirt.
If your child is enrolling in prep, you will also need to bring along your child's birth certificate and immunisation record. All prep enrolments receive a free shirt and book pack.

All Queensland children are eligible to attend full-time Prep when they attain the age of 5 years by 30 June in the year they propose to attend Prep. Participation in a Preparatory program of schooling is not compulsory, but highly recommended, as Prep is the foundation year of the Australian Curriculum.
